Camera Ready Preparation and Submission
Camera ready submission will open on the 18th of February 2011. The deadline for camera ready papers is the 18th of March 2011. Authors must:
- prepare camera ready papers using the official IEEE template (LaTeX) (Word)
- check papers for IEEE conformance using the PDF-express website.The PDF-express conference code for POLICY 2011 is policy11x. PDF-express can also be used to convert word documents to PDF.
- provide a copyright release form to IEEE (see here)
- upload the PDF-express certified camera ready paper directly to the IEEE (see here)
